Q. What is the total delivery time for my order?
The delivery time for your order is determined by two factors:
Processing and Shipping.
Processing is the time between submitting your order and when the item leaves the warehouse. For most items, processing time is done electronically and usually completed within 2-3 business days.
Shipping begins when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at the Member selected delivery destination. Follow tracking information to learn more.
Q. What are the shipping methods available?

- The shipping times above do not include processing time.
- International shipping may be delayed due to weather or air technique.
- If you live in a location where air delivery is difficult, we may contact you to request order cancellation or rerouting.
Q. Can I use different "Bill to" and "Ship to" addresses?
If you choose to ship order(s) to an address other than the billing address of your credit card, We may contact you to verify the "ship to" address. This may cause a short delay. To expedite order processing, please provide up-to-date contact information when placing your order.
NOTE: The "ship to" address cannot be altered after the order has been shipped.
Q. How do I check the status of my order?
After any order is completed, you will receive an email confirming the purchase. After the order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information. In email you will receive a track order link, With this link you can easily track your order.
Q. What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?
It can take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be registered/scanned in the carrier's system. This could prevent visibility to your shipment.
If two business days have passed after you receive your tracking email, and you are still unable to track the order, please contact us.

Q. What can I do if I never receive my order?
Occasionally, packages are lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or arrive in separate packages. Packages may also be left with a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager.
NOTE: If an order is 3 days past the estimated delivery date or tracking shows it as delivered, and you never received the order, please contact us to check your order status.
