Q. How do I request a return?

2 easy ways to return items:

  • Call +1 (724) 481-6941 with your order number and email address. A Customer Services Associate will be happy to help.
  • Alternatively, you can send us an email (support@dinimal.com) with your order number and issue. We will respond to you within 24-48 hours.

Q. Do I need to return the packaging and everything that came with the product?

To obtain a full refund, you may be required to return the product with all product and order contents, including packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.), parts and accessories. This includes promotional gifts, gift cards or shopping cards provided with the purchase. There are some instances in which we may have to deny the refund in full or provide a partial refund if only part of the purchase is returned.

Q. How will I receive my refund?

  • For items returned to a Dinimal location, you’ll receive credit in the original form of payment
  • For items returned, you'll receive credit to the account that was charged at the time of purchase.


Q. What is the refund processing time?

If you paid with a credit or debit card, this amount will be credited to your original payment method and should be posted within 3-5 business days. Sometimes the refund amount can be delayed due to the bank process.
